Bukit Indah hiking

This place is nearby the Kelab Darul Ehsan, Taman Tun Abdul Razak (TAR), Ampang.
No doubt and please don surprise. YES!! THIS is the entrance to the hill. Where is it? Did you spot a family were walking out from there? That is the path we need to walk into where located in between banglows.

This place also known as 天上人间/小桂林. This is just the start of the hiking journey. The leader who is an experienced hiker brought us to this new and not as well known by many people. He was showing and telling us this place is known as 小桂林.

First stop, we have a lake side view. According to my friend, evening time lots of people will come to this place to fish as well as walking with their dogs. A nice place where you can watch sunset if you are lucky that the weather is good.

First stop-lake side view. Of course we would not let the chance slip away which is Take Picture. First group picture of us and second is the girl doing gwiyomi =.=

Then, we continue our journey...I thought is just a normal hike, i underestimated this little hill. As it actually a bit tougher than Bukit gasing, as the routes are more steeper. However, this is much lesser people hike, so most of the places are still being preserved, not being destroyed. As we hike, we can always find the rivulet or small waterfall along the path. The water is chilling and you really feel like taking off your shoes to have fun and splashing water with each other.

Anyhow, we have long to go, we have to move on.

A gentle reminder, please bring along leech repellent spray, as you might attack by the leeches without you realize until you saw you are bleeding. Leeches are camouflaged by the leaves and the sticks. You wil never notice unless you have good eye sight and always look at the ground to spot them. XD

We come another second stop, so here is our another second group photo. A place where we can rest and grab a short break to drink and eat prepared for the coming stamina-consuming route!!!

While taking break, me and my
friend spotted a hopper, which i'm not sure is a grass or leave hopper. But after all, according to one of my friends, he told me it might be a leave hopper. A colourful insect found in the jungle which you hardly find in the field or padang. :> More little special bugs can be found and spotted if you are aware.

A moth, which stop by on my friend's t-shirt. I am so eagerly taking this picture, although just a simple moth.

One of the steep route but no worries all are facilitated with the ropes.

Sometimes there are another route in a staircase for you to choose.

Some hikers they brought their dog to hike together and let the dog to have fun in the small stream. Indeed a nice natural place for both human and the animals. Here are some of the photos i took during the hiking.

A shy doggie followed a Canadian family hiking who stay nearby ampang.

Another shy shy camouflaged chameleon try to escape as he found us keep staring at him and take him as a target for taking his picture.

 Big eyes yellow dragonfly..

Hopper

 Beautiful flowers.. simple yet beautiful...^^

Gina which cross breed with husky just came out from the waterfall. Her daddy told us she likes waterfall and swimming a lots. That is why he always brought her here.

The whole hiking took us around 3 hours to complete included rest and taking pictures. So it still consider a leisure hike.

Bukit Tabur West Hike

Early in the morning as in 4.40am we have to wake up for the early hiking due to we want to see the sun rise. Anyway luckily we manage to crawl out from the bed. We stat depart from PJ around 5.00am. Everyone still in their sweet dream. Finally we reach the destination around 6am. It is still a total dark for us to hike, so it is necessary to bring along headlamp to hike. It's good that you hike with big bunch of people especially those experience hikers. This is my first time to follow my friends to hike this bukit, according to them is dangerous and a bit tacky. So is better you train yourself and hike a few bukit before you go there or guide by experience hikers. To me i am kinda beginner to this type of bukit.

Bukit Tabur is also known crystal hill. As i know, Bukit Tabur divided into few trails which are Far east, west, east extreme and more. Bukit Tabur is located at Taman Melawati in Kuala Lumpur. This hill is a  magnificent limestone ridge. Why it is call crystal hill, is due to the hill contains quartz crystal which appear on the surface of the limestone. We start hike around 6am, everyone steps are so fast to rush before the sun rise. Finally we are up to the place to watch sun rise but the sun grandpa haven't wake up so we are waiting and start ss-ing. The first response of me is WAAAHHHH....This is amazing..so nice..is like you are in Heaven!!! 一片云海仿佛孙悟空驾雾腾云。 Thanks to my friends brought me to this place. No regrets to my decision and take risk to go there.

Sun rise!! with the lake view and the cloud

You know what? I thought this was the final destination who knows is actually first station, first peak, there is another 8 peaks more..sweatsweatsweat...-.-" alright, after rest and watching sunrise we have to keep moving on. We pass through two stop point which is quite dangerous and have to be careful. One point is use the handle to cross over (which dont have picture to show) another is as shown below have to use rope slowly go down) where you need people to tell you where your leg should put. You might say it seems easier, try it yourself then you will know.

Finally, the above two pictures displayed is the last peak of the journey, which no any route for you to move on. Hiking over this 9 peaks take around 3 hours included rest and ss-ing This is not the end, cause we have to hike down the hill. Before we go back, everyone rest and have a cup of nice coffee prepared by other hikers. They all are so nice, bringing things up and share with everyone.I think i am too addicted to coffee, the moment we smell the coffee brew we are like suddenly awake and after drank it cant feel any tiredness. Again, never forget to take a big group of hikers photo. This is my first experience to hike bukit tabur.

As they are still resting, i decided to go down first, hiking the part that i fear the most is going down the hill. Dont ask me why, i just not that fast and like a tortoise. I try to becareeful but one most important thing i forget is to cut my toes nails. So going down the hill is like killing me. In the journey of going down i try to balance myself as much as possible but i didn't use proper way to go down according to one experience hiker. In the end, i slip and 'sit' on the ground.

That uncle told me i have to curl my toes up and go down in small step. So that my toes' nails wont feel pain, if not my nails will break. Yeah, i cant imagine how's my nails condition, for sure very terrible due to the consequence of having long nails and wrong way of going down. My nails all turn into purple red..T.T i take this as lesson, i sure remember to cut nails before i go hiking. Sigh, still i try to tahan and adjust the way i going down to finish up the whole.

Finally mission accomplished!! :)

After the long hour of hiking (actually not that long most of the time is ss and rest), we start hunt for food as everyone is hungry. First we went for cendol and then have steak for our lunch
